Carolina Core Football Club (CCFC) is bringing professional soccer — and new opportunities — to High Point, NC. To match their ambitious vision, CCFC invested in a brand-new 13,000-square-foot facility built by Landmark Builders. Through that partnership, ACE-HTI was selected as the technology provider to deliver every low-voltage system needed to make the space secure, connected, and state-of-the-art. ACE-HTI designed and installed a complete suite of systems, bringing together security, fire protection, networking, and AV under one roof.
The project included:
At the same time, ACE-HTI elevated the facility’s AV and network capabilities with full Wi-Fi and data coverage, distributed audio powered by Sonos and Crown Amps across the building and outdoor practice fields, Bluetooth credentials for seamless player entry, and professional-grade AV in the film room and conference spaces.
As Landmark’s Project Manager, Russell Lilly, explained:
“ACE handled all low-voltage items. The one-stop shop was great. They wanted Wi-Fi, AV for the film room, access control, and security — ACE made sure every system was covered.”
For CCFC, the impact has been immediate. Keeler Watson shared that the new facility not only enhances their operations but also uplifts the entire community:
“CCFC’s facility is truly state-of-the-art, and what makes it unique is the impact it has on both our team and the broader community. For young players, it creates a clear pathway — they can see what’s possible at the next level, and it motivates them to reach it. The quality of the facility also draws attention from outside our community, bringing new opportunities and elevating the profile of soccer here locally.”
Keeler added that the integrated systems simplify daily operations and provide peace of mind:
“With everything accessible remotely — from locking and unlocking doors to setting alarms and monitoring the camera system — we no longer need someone on-site 24/7. The AV systems and Wi-Fi ensure both staff and players stay connected in a professional environment.”
Both Landmark Builders and CCFC expressed confidence in continuing to work with ACE-HTI in the future. Russell noted, “If Landmark needs low voltage for a project, I will reach out to ACE.” Keeler echoed the same confidence: “As a club, we’re always looking to expand and grow — and with that growth comes new technology needs. We see ACE-HTI continuing to support CCFC in the future.”
Carolina Core Football Club’s new home stands as a symbol of growth for High Point — and with ACE-HTI’s expertise in security, AV, and connected technology, the facility is built to inspire athletes, staff, and fans for years to come.
